Gabča provides everything in the organizational, administrative and economic area of the musical project.

She has long-term experience in human resources. Within the context of a non-profit organizations, she has been providing and administering subsidy projects. 

She is currently coordinating administrative activities and is a key communicator in organizational, marketing and economic terms. Her responsibility is also searching, contacting and communicaton with the project partners.
